Game Day Reporting:
The YPSL “home” team is responsible for the game day reporting. Reporting the score is accomplished by the Team Administrator (TA) or the Team Principle by emailing/texting League Commissioner immediately following the conclusion of the match. Once the scores are reported by the Team Administrator, ONLY the League Commissioner may change the final score if needed.
YPSL Game Day Match Reports include the following:
• Game Day Rosters (Jersey #, First & Last Name)
• Goals (Goal Scorer)
• Primary Assist (If applicable)
• Cards (Cautions & Red)
• The tracking of additional statistics such as Corner Kicks, Fouls, Offsides, Possession are optional and at the sole discretion of each YPSL team.
NOTE: The YPSL will allocate a maximum of one (1) assist per goal. No exceptions.
Failure to submit an accurate YPSL Game Day Report by the required time limit of 48 hours following the conclusion of game, will result in teams not having game statistics posted on their team standings which in turn may affect post-season play (if applicable).
It is imperative that YPSL teams take the Game Day Reporting process seriously and report accurate and timely data.
