The YPSL “welcomes” David Morrison as our new Director of Referee Educational Programs! David is a lifelong professional referee with a prestigious career spanning 5 decades! He is a USSF Referee Instructor, mentor, assessor and coach. David also is NCAA/NISOA Referee for divisions 1, 2 and 3 and member of the Virginia Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (VISOA) as the Northern Virginia Director.

We are honored to have someone that has given so much of his time and energy to applying the rules of the game at all age groups. David will now assist the YPSL in growing the referee educational programs and will also serve as the part of the YPSL Referee Advisory Board.
